What is Dusit Gold and how do I enrol?

Dusit Gold is our loyalty programme with instant benefits from when you join.  

Join Dusit Gold though our Dusit.com website or through the Dusit Hotels & Rewards app, available on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.  

I joined Dusit Gold before November 2024. How can I update my account?

Please create a new account using the same email address you previously used. You will be prompted to update information and create a password.

This can be completed on Dusit.com or through our Dusit Hotels & Rewards app.

What are the benefits of joining Dusit Gold?

As our valued Dusit Gold guest, you will be recognised from the moment you walk through our doors. You will receive instant rewards upon check-in and exclusive benefits throughout your stay. You can also earn points on qualified nights to use towards free night room redemptions.

What are the different Dusit Gold tiers?

Dusit Gold offers three membership tiers – Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers different benefits and points earning bonuses.

You can also earn tier upgrades by accumulating a certain number of eligible nights or points at participating Dusit Hotels and Resorts worldwide. For full details, please browse through our Benefits page.

How do I earn points?

You earn points on eligible nights. After check-out, the points you earn are credited to your membership account. If you are a Gold or Platinum member, you will be able to enjoy bonus points too.

Please note that points earned are limited to participating Dusit Hotels and Resorts only.

What qualifies as an eligible night?

Any stay booked under eligible rates qualify. This includes but is not limited to Dusit Best Available Rates, Advance Purchase, Packages, Promotional Rates, Corporate Rates or Long-Stay Rates (up to a maximum of 14 nights).  

Not included are bookings made on OTA websites or any other third-party provider. Feel free to check with our Dusit Gold Service Centre if you are unsure. 

Can I earn air mileage too?

During an eligible stay, Dusit Gold members who are members of Dusit’s airlines partner can choose to either accumulate air mileage or nights under the Dusit Gold programme. Should you choose to receive air miles, other Dusit Gold membership benefits such as dining or spa discounts will still apply.

Can I redeem free nights?

Yes. Using the points earned, free nights can be redeemed if booked through Dusit.com. We offer both full points and points + cash redemptions. When making your reservation, you will see a required number of points if the option is available.

Please note that redemptions are limited to participating Dusit Hotels and Resorts only.

Can I give my complimentary night to other people?

No, benefits and redemption nights are reserved for Dusit Gold members only.

Do I have access to a membership card?

Yes. Please access your membership card through the Dusit Hotels & Rewards app. It will be displayed under the Profile section.

Remember to ‘Sign In’ on the Dusit Hotels & Rewards app using your Dusit Gold membership.

Do I need a membership card to enjoy Dusit Gold benefits?

Our Dusit Gold programme is designed to be simple, easy and hassle-free. Simply state your name at check-in, or show your membership card which is available in the Dusit Hotels & Rewards app. 

How can I request a missing stay?

To check if there is an eligible stay missing from your account profile, please notify the Dusit Gold Service Centre at gold@dusit.com within 90 days after your stay.
