• We allow dogs and cats as pets, no height limit requirement.
• Up to two (2) pets are allowed in the lobby, elevator, hallways going to outdoor spaces, guestrooms, and hotel outdoor areas.
• A pet amenities fee of Php 2,000 per pet/night applies. This is inclusive of deep cleaning treatment fee, special bed set-up, chew toy, and bowl
• Pets are not allowed in indoor areas of restaurants, indoor function rooms, fitness centre and swimming pools.
• Pets shall not be left unattended in the guest rooms during the Hotel staff will not enter the room without the presence of the owner.
• Pets are not allowed on the guests’ bed
• Pets’ vaccination is required.
• Pets shall always remain under the control of the owner, either on a leash, in a carrier or cage.
• Feeding for the pets shall be provided by the pets’ owners
• Pets are required to wear diapers. Pets’ owners are responsible for cleaning up their pets’ waste in the room and the entire hotel area.
• We reserve the right to relocate or reject the stay of guests whose pets are deemed noisy or disruptive to the overall environment within the hotel premises.
