Greenhouse presents a specially curated buffet showcasing a remarkable selection of Cantonese dishes, thoughtfully curated by our esteemed Hong Kong Chef, Master Chan. The flavourful Chinese Seafood Treasure Pot features a medley of treasured delicacies from 6-head abalone, sea cucumber to scallops simmered in a hearty base of Ibérico pork, abalone essence, amidst other ingredients. Another iconic signature is the Hong Kong Typhoon Shelter Stir Fried Soft Shell Crab. Originating from a typhoon shelter in Hong Kong, this dish features crabs deep-fried to a golden hue and stir-fried with a blend of traditional seasoning.
