According to the government of the Sultanate of Oman, all vehicles wishing to access the Al Jabal Al Akhdar mountain must be 4WD.

Terms & Conditions

• All prices are shown in Omani Rials (OMR) and include applicable taxes.
• To guarantee your transfer, booking in advance is required. We recommend a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. This ensures a smooth and timely pick-up experience.
• Waiting Time Fees: If your pick-up requires our driver to wait beyond the scheduled time, a fee of OMR 3 will be applied for each additional hour.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please note the below:

• You may cancel your transfer reservation free of charge if you inform the property at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the service.
