• In case of cancellation, minimum of 72 hours advance notice required to avoid 1-night charge.
• A full deposit will be charged to your credit card 72 hours prior to arrival.
• This offer is not applicable for group bookings.
• Rooms are subject to availability, and advance reservations are required.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking made with an invalid credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card provided.
• Including Daily Breakfast at Soi Gaeng, available from 7:00 until 10:30 (last order: 10:00).
• 1 free drink per person at Soi Gaeng, available from 11:00 to 23:00 (last order at 22:00). Choose from sparkling wine,  Thai beer, or soft drinks. Only one complimentary drink will be provided per person per room.
• The offer is non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-transferable.
• Accommodation tax will be charged separately.
